We’re all going a little stir-crazy right about now. And you can only make so much banana bread, so it’s time to give something new a shot! Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies
4 oz. brown sugar
4 oz. sugar
½ tsp vanilla
9 oz. AP flour
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
10 oz. white chocolate chips
8 oz. craisins
Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar and mix well. Add remaining ingredients.
Scoop batter using a 1/2-ounce scoop.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, or until done.
