Times have been hard for everyone, but especially for those in the wedding industry. As a business in the wedding industry, we have seen and experienced the struggles that COVID-19 has caused. It got us thinking. Where’s the help when it’s needed? How can we help? What can we do to be a resource for wedding vendors who are hurting? And so, we are excited, proud and eager to announce our 501-c3, Wedding Vendor Relief Fund.

We wanted a way to help those in our wedding community when they are need. Not just because of COVID-19, but any time down the line when they are faced with a hardship they are struggling, financially, to overcome.

Through the Wedding Vendor Relief Fund we hope to:

  1. Protect the industry
  2. Foster community over competition
  3. Offer a helping hand

How does the application work?

Any vendor in the wedding industry can apply for funding through WVRF. If you know a wedding vendor facing any difficulty, you can nominate them using the same application. Applications are reviewed in-house with guidance from our fiscal sponsor. WVRF has officially begun accepting funds and hopes to begin funding those in need in early 2021.

How can you help?

If you are a wedding vendor, by partnering with Bustld, a portion of your financial agreement with us will automatically be donated to the fund. As a non-wedding vendor, WVRF accepts tax-deductible donations.
