“Baby, it’s cold outside!” With Christmas in the air, we were so happy when this gorgeous styled shoot came across our desk. According to the photographer, this shoot was in the works for almost a year. Her daughter had to be hospitalized two weeks before their original shoot date and after she was discharged, her (now eight month daughter) arrived a month early.
After eight months, the team found themselves back at work to create this gorgeous Charlotte wedding inspiration shoot with a former couple who had also just found out they were expecting!
Sat in a Christmas tree farm, the shoot screams fall with cinnamon sticks, pinecones, garland and garnet berries. We love the way the team played on the rustic elements of being outdoor, incorporating a farm table and antlers, while adding a modern twist with the gold terrariums, architectural elements and modern place settings.
The bride’s ensemble of separates was perfect for the occasion, pairing a gold sequin top with a tulle ivory skirt. The groom rocked two looks: a more formal black jacket and a more casual cardigan.
The architectural, natural flowers were simply stunning, working perfectly with the bride’s dress as well as the tablescape.
After looking at these photos, you might want to reconsider a Christmas wedding (or, at very least, be excited for the holiday!).
