We offer organic beauty, historic surroundings, pure privacy, and warm professionalism -- making HOLLYOAKS one of Savannah’s most desired venues. . The estate horses lead a leisurely life grazing in the pastures, and the views from the River Lawn across the marsh are unobstructed and private.
HOLLYOAKS has easy access to the downtown nightlife, yet it feels worlds away in the country — your own private enclave of southern elegance. Located just 15 minutes from downtown, HOLLYOAKS is an outdoor venue with an exquisite ambience for the ultimate experience in private estate events. The Manor Home is available for smaller events, and the Bridal Salon and Groom's Hearth Room are comfortable and warm for preparing for your ceremony.

We have two Wedding Offerings, but each of our collections is detailed according to your needs with a custom proposal.
- The Luxury Weekend Package is a carefully curated weekend experience. The entire weekend is reserved for you and your guests. You will enjoy full use of the gardens and cottage for your event, rehearsal, bridal and entourage beauty, ceremony, cocktails, reception, and bridesmaids' luncheon or morning-after breakfast. A Professional Coordinator is required.
- The Bespoke Wedding is a full-day experience for you and your guests. Enjoy full use of the gardens and cottage for your bridal and entourage beauty, ceremony, cocktails, reception, and cottage. A Professional Coordinator is required.

FAQs:
Is there a minimum SPEND?
No, our price is as listed in your Custom Proposal. You are booking the venue and the amenities listed.
Do you allow decorations?
Absolutely! We welcome decorations, such as flowers, menus, favors, etc. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building that will cause damage. We welcome candles as long as they are in containers without an open flame.
May we bring an outside caterer?
Yes, we do not provide catering services. We have worked with many caterers and can suggest a few that you might like. We also allow bakers and bartenders. All food service must be professional and licensed/insured unless specified in writing otherwise.
May we bring our own alcohol?
We require a licensed bartender for most events. Please check with us for details.
Our fur baby is our baby…
You may bring certain animals onto the estate. We require a proof of rabies vaccination and an extra deposit. We also require a pet sitter. Ask us about our favorite pet sitter who treats your baby like royalty!
Can we have fireworks?
Yes! The view of fireworks over the marsh is spectacular! Ask us for more information.
What is the timing for a wedding rehearsal?
Wedding Rehearsals are scheduled when your event deposit is paid.
Do you have departure guidelines?
Your departure from your wedding should take place no later than 10:45 pm in order to ensure that the noise ordinance is followed.
Can you recommend local vendors?
Savannah has a tremendous amount of talented wedding and event vendors. We are happy to refer you to them. Just ask!
Does HOLLYOAKS provide a stage, A/V equipment, or additional lighting?
We do not have a stage, A/V equipment, or additional uplighting. Your stage rental must not exceed 12' x 20'. We highly recommend using amplification for your outdoor ceremony.
Are tents or restrooms included in your pricing?
No. If you would like to rent a tent and the associated accessories, please ask for a referral to our preferred vendor. We have agreements in place with luxury restroom facilities. You may contract restroom facilities on your own, or we can help you.
May we bring in food trucks?
Yes, and we have hosted several for various events. Ask us for our favorites.
When do you require the final headcount?
The final attendee count is determined by the number you report to your caterer. Our venue fee may adjust upwards to cover additional guests. The final count must be received no later than 14 days prior to your event.
Do you hold dates?
We do not hold tentative dates. Your date is reserved when your deposit or full payment is received.

We require:
- A Retainer to book our venue. For large group events and weddings, the deposit is 50%. For smaller events, the venue fee must be paid in full to reserve your date.
- A Professional Wedding Coordinator or Planner to assist in the production of all large group events. The Planner must be selected from our Preferred Vendors List or pre-approved. In some cases, we will require a Planner for other smaller events.
- Licensed Bartenders - no alcohol of any kind may be served unless a licensed bartender is contracted.
- Babysitters for Children under age 12 if any alcohol is served.
- Liability Insurance - a simple policy will cost about $150. It will protect both of us in the case of unruly guests or accidents.
- Luxury Restroom Facilities. We have wonderful companies in Savannah who specialize in facilities for private events.
- A Security Deposit. We will provide details based on your event.
- Your contract will specify other minor considerations.
