Located just 15 minutes from downtown, HollyOaks is a seasonal venue with an exquisite ambience for the ultimate experience in historic plantation events. Every detail is carefully cultivated with historic beauty amid modern elegance. This thoughtful design is the result of the masterful partnership of the owners — a partnership in marriage, event planning, and engineering experience. Whether hosting a wedding for 500 or an elopements for two, HollyOaks offers personalized service and exceptional attention to detail. Each aspect of HollyOaks is designed to offer the quintessential elements of classic entertaining. Our commitment to organic beauty, historic surroundings, pure privacy, and warm professionalism makes this one of Savannah’s most desired entertainment venues. HollyOaks offers expansive lawn and garden spaces, and yet the 400-year-old Live Oaks, draping with Spanish moss, provide a canopy that makes the largest spaces feel intimate. There are settings for every aspect of your gathering, and we encourage you to keep your guests moving throughout each one for a full experience. We offer: Organic beauty, Historic surroundings, Pure privacy, and Warm professionalism. ------------------------------------------------------------------ We offer two Wedding Packages: - The Luxury Weekend Package is a carefully curated weekend experience of the utmost in luxury. The entire weekend is reserved for you and up to 100 guests. You will enjoy full use of the gardens and cottage (2 nights, up to 5 guests) for your event, rehearsal, bridal and entourage beauty, ceremony, cocktails, reception, and morning-after breakfast. A Professional Coordinator is required. Package begins at $5,500. - The Bespoke Wedding is a full-day experience for you and up to 100 guests. Enjoy full use of the gardens and cottage (up to 2 guests) for your bridal and entourage beauty, ceremony, cocktails, reception, and cottage. A Professional Coordinator is required. Rehearsal time/date based on HollyOaks availability. Package begins at $3,500. Both Packages include: Heirloom Garden Setting Selections, Exquisite & Lush Grove River Vistas, Private & Spacious Bridal Beauty Suite, Groom’s Hearth Room & Terrace, Private & Rustic Creek House Cottage, HollyOaks Concièrge, Free & Abundant Parking with Attendants, Five hours of Event Time, Reserved Private Time for Engagement Photography Session in the gardens, Reserved Private Time for Bridal Portrait in the gardens, Historic Bronze Wedding Bell Ringing, Professional Insect Treatment (no gnats or mosquitoes here!), Caterer’s Kitchen (cottage), $500 credit for HollyOaks Styling Options. Some exclusions apply. ------------------------------------------------------------------ We offer three Elopement Packages: sublime. $300 One hour event + 30 minutes photography time - One Garden Setting - Ten Guests maximum sophisticated. $500 Two hour event + 30 minutes photography time - Two Garden Settings - Fifteen Guests maximum Includes: Two white benches, Cake table, Speaker with Bluetooth Compatibility sumptuous. $750 Three hour event + 30 minutes photography time - Two Garden Settings - Twenty Guests maximum Includes: Styling Options from “Sophisticated” + Wooden Spool for Reception Display ------------------------------------------------------------------ FAQs: Is there a minimum SPEND? No, our price is as listed in your official quote. You are renting the venue and the amenities listed. It is up to you how much or how little you wish to spend on your event. Our fee is determined by the type of event. We welcome your ideas, but we are not responsible for delivery or setup of any decor items brought to HollyOaks. Do you allow decorations? Absolutely! We welcome decorations, such as flowers, menus, favors, etc. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building that will cause damage. We welcome candles as long as they are in containers without an open flame. May we bring an outside caterer? Yes, we do not provide catering services. We have worked with many caterers and can suggest a few that you might like. We also allow bakers and bartenders. All food service must be professional and licensed/insured unless specified in writing otherwise. May we bring our own alcohol? We require a licensed bartender for most events. Please check with us for details. Our fur baby is our baby… You may bring certain animals onto the estate. We require a proof of rabies vaccination and an extra deposit. We also require a pet sitter. Ask us about our favorite pet sitter who treats your baby like royalty! Can we have fireworks? Yes! The view of fireworks over the marsh is spectacular! Ask us for more information. What is the timing for a wedding rehearsal? Wedding Rehearsals are scheduled when your event deposit is paid. Rehearsal times are based on availability, and we do our best to accommodate your wedding schedule. Do you have departure guidelines? Your departure from your wedding should take place no later than 10:30 pm in order to ensure that the noise ordinance is followed. Can you recommend local vendors? Savannah has a tremendous amount of talented wedding and event vendors. We are happy to refer you to them. Just ask! Does HOLLYOAKS provide a stage, A/v equipment, or additional lighting? We do not have a stage, A/V equipment, or additional uplighting. Your stage rental must not exceed 12' x 20'. We highly recommend using amplification for your outdoor ceremony. Are tents or restrooms included in your pricing? No. If you would like to rent a tent and the associated accessories, please ask for a referral to our preferred vendor. We have agreements in place with luxury restroom facilities. You may contract restroom facilities on your own, or we can help you. May we bring in food trucks? Yes, and we have hosted several for various events. Ask us for our favorites. When do you require the final headcount? The final attendee count is determined by the number you report to your caterer. Our venue fee may adjust upwards to cover additional guests. The final count must be received no later than 14 days prior to your event. Do you hold dates? We do not hold tentative dates. Your date is reserved when your deposit or full payment is received. ------------------------------------------------------------------ We require: - A deposit to hold your date(s). For large group events and weddings, the deposit is 50%. For smaller events, the venue fee must be paid in full to reserve your date. - A Professional Wedding Coordinator or Planner to assist in the production of all large group events. The Planner must be selected from our Preferred Vendors List or pre-approved. In some cases, we will require a Planner for other smaller events. - Licensed Bartenders - no alcohol of any kind may be served unless a licensed bartender is contracted. - Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If alcohol is served, a babysitter must be procured to watch children and keep them safe. - Liability Insurance - a simple policy will cost about $150. It will protect both of us in the case of unruly guests or accidents. Luxury Restroom Facilities. We have wonderful companies in Savannah who specialize in facilities for private events. - A Security Deposit. We will provide details based on your event. - Your contract will specify other minor considerations.
