Mami's Baking Co. was built with one goal in mind: create our perfect cookie. We are Paul and Maria, the owners of Mami's Baking Co. We grew up around creative cooks and bakers and developed a passion for food at a young age. This inevitably turned into aspirations of pushing our love for food and creativity to the next level. As two who feel there is always room for improvement, we feel that we just haven't come across a cookie on the market that blows us away. A cookie needs to be all of crispy, crunchy, soft, and gooey. A cookie needs to surprise you with each bite and pop with a blend and variety of flavors beyond your typical chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and plain old sugar cookie.
