This gorgeous peachy bohemian styled shoot couldn’t be more perfect. With the bridal style, the color of the bridesmaid’s dresses and the wildflowers, everything complemented one another effortlessly. Not to mention the perfect sunlight, the rustic white wash wooden greenhouse backdrop and natural greenery in every shot.
“The inspiration behind the shoot was a peachy bohemian style,” said the shoot’s photographer. “We had seen plenty of southern styled peach themed shoots, but we wanted to add a bohemian aspect to it.”
The focus for this styled shoot was really on the bride and her look. She wore a thin strapped flowy dress. It had a super low V-neck and lace top with panels of lace on the skirt. The back dipped down low, exposing the bride’s bare back and giving it a very summery feel.
“We wanted the bride to be in a very summery-bohemian style gown with loose curls and a relaxed up-do with a unique hair accessory,” said the photographer.
Her hair was pulled back loosely in a low wavy bun. It felt soft and romantic, especially with the hairpiece. The piece was a rose gold headband with floral and leaf accents and embellishments. Her teardrop gold and diamond earrings complemented the hair piece perfectly. She finished her look with natural looking make up and of course, a peach lip!
She carried a bouquet of wildflowers and an assortment of greenery. The flowers were a mix of whites and different shades of peach and orange to brighten the whole look. Between the sunlight and the natural greenery scenery, there wasn’t a better choice than the peach and orange color scheme.
The bride was joined by two bridesmaids who carried similar bouquets in a smaller size. Their peach colored dresses really made the color of the bouquet pop. The girls wore the same long V-neck, A-line dress that had a strappy back. Again, perfectly summery with a boho feel.
There was also a cake featured in the shoot. The two tiered naked cake was set on a small rattan style table that was draped with a peach chiffon runner. The cake was topped with a half peach and a peach slice and was surrounded with a few whole peaches. In between the two tiers were a few sprigs of greenery and next to the decorative whole peaches were some loose white flowers. There were also two clear glass candle stick holders holding two white taper candles, adding a romantic touch.
Last but not least, there was an impressive custom made invitation suite. The invitation, response card and envelope were all done in a rose gold calligraphy and finished off with a sheer ribbon and rose gold seal. The most impressive piece was the custom envelope liner that was a hand painted backdrop of the venue. Talk about making a lasting impression on your guests up front!
One of the things not pictured in the shoot were all the animals roaming around the venue while they were there. As if we needed another reason to love this styled shoot even more!
“The venue has horses, roosters, baby goats, cats, and dogs,” said the photographer. “It was definitely funny having some visitors watch us throughout the day.”
The golden light, the wildflowers, the flowy dresses and the peachy colors – anyone else ready for summer now?!
