Natalie Walls + Zach Martin | May 13, 2017
As a Disney lover, Natalie of course always dreamt of a magical proposal at Disney World. Which was why Zach planned a weekend trip to “The Happiest Place on Earth” for his wife-to-be with her parents. While standing in front of Cinderella’s castle, he popped the question and asked Natalie to marry him; it was truly a fairytale moment!
For their wedding, Natalie and Zach envisioned a French countryside theme full of romance and florals. Natalie had seen North Carolina’s very own French-inspired estate, The Bradford, featured in a magazine and she knew that it would be the perfect venue choice for their day. They chose their color scheme based on what Natalie likes to describe as a “fairytale sky.” She said, “Have you ever been out right at dawn and seen all the beautiful colors painted in the sky? It doesn't happen that often but when it does it takes my breath away. The blues, purples, and pinks -- those were the colors I wanted in our wedding!” Inspired by something so gorgeous it’s no surprise that the wedding day was truly picture perfect.
Prior to the ceremony, Natalie and Zach shared a sweet first look where they privately exchanged their own personal vows. After their sweet ceremony, it was time to take things up a notch with their super fun and gorgeous reception! Ethereal wildflowers and fresh lavender were stunning against the whitewashed backdrop of the sprawling home and paired perfectly with the soft pink and dusty blue linens. A greenery runner was entwined around green votives and brought a French flair to the outdoor celebration. Guests enjoyed low country southern fare before enjoying a delicious ice cream bar, two of the newlywed’s favorite things! The evening needed with a full dance floor and a karaoke style celebration.
Congratulations, Natalie and Zach!
