A High Fashion Intimate Weekday Wedding

Gia and Shannon knew they didn't want to have a huge wedding with a bunch of people in attendance; instead, they envisioned an intimate day surrounded by those nearest and dearest to them. Together with their children, parents, extended family and a few close, close friends, they joined hands on a Monday in July at their home church. Gia and Shannon went all out to look and feel amazing on their special day. From Shannon’s dashing sapphire blue tux and shoes, to Gia’s elegant lace dress, they spared no expense on ensuring they each looked absolutely fabulous on their wedding day. After their beautiful ceremony, the newlyweds took a stroll with Backseat Photography through Romare Bearden Park in Uptown Charlotte for some romantic portraits. Then, they headed to Longhorn Steakhouse for a reception dinner! Their day couldn't have been more perfect and was the perfect celebration of what is truly important to them -- their love for each other.
