Backyard Picnic + Uptown Lights Engagement Session

Elizabeth Rowella + David Frost | Jun 24, 2018

It all started in the Windy City for Elizabeth and David. Since Elizabeth had been living in Chicago a bit longer, she decided she'd make David her friend and offered to show him around and help him transition to his new city. Friends easily turned into more than friends ,and they quickly realized that they were meant to be! Inevitably, they got engaged, and now they are here in Charlotte, where they just bought a new home and are planning their Spring 2019 wedding, planned by Something Perfect, at the Mint Museum!

The couple loves to be active together and spend a lot of their time riding bikes in and around Uptown Charlotte, exploring restaurants, visiting coffee shops and sipping beers at breweries. They are also both avid golf fans and enjoy playing together often with a little bit of friendly competition (of course!). When they aren't out on the town or on the golf course, you can catch them in their kitchen, whipping up a great meal together.

Elizabeth and David’s engagement shoot by Amanda Moss Photography was the perfect representation of this fun couple. They started their session by enjoying a picnic in their backyard, complete with bubbly, yummy watermelon and a great view of the Charlotte skyline in the background. They cuddled and smooched and took the cutest, lighthearted photos before heading to a local park where the sweetness continued. Forehead kisses and playful frolicking truly showed who Elizabeth and David are as a couple; their love and excitement was obvious. They ended their day on an Uptown rooftop garage and shared sweet kisses and twirls as the sun set over the city’s stunning skyline.

Congratulations to the future Mr. and Mrs. Frost!
