Fun fact: The bride wore a blush pink dress!
The inspiration for this shoot came from the desire to go a less traditional route in décor and style. The bride wore a pink dress and the invitations had holographic detailing, but there were still many traditional elements, just with a more fun, colorful twist.
The shoot boasted bright colors that popped against the venue space. Shades of pink, purple, and blue were woven throughout the ceremony and reception space, from a colorful balloon wall to the bright floral centerpieces. The holographic/iridescent elements caught light beautifully and shone bright amongst the décor.
From pink holographic earrings to an iridescent tablecloth, the designers entwined the sparkly accent of the theme throughout without overdoing it. They also balanced it with light touches and softer, more traditional elements. Overall the inspiration is perfect for a bride that wants to do something different, but still beautiful.
THE FAVORITE THINGS:
The vendors coming together to create shoot.
“My favorite part of the day was the way all of these vendors came together to create this beautiful setup despite Michigan having a really bad wave of Covid cases. Being under lockdown definitely limited everyone’s ability to do things, but nothing was going to stop creativity from being shared to create something so vibrant and lovely,” said the photographer. “My favorite moment was when the model twirled in her bling dress! The Balloons + Florals combination made the décor perfect!”
