Romantic Meets City-Chic Industrial Inspiration Shoot

Romantic meets industrial in this wedding inspiration shoot at Devolve Moto, a new wedding venue in downtown Raleigh. The team utilized the indoor and outdoor location to showcase the versatility of the space to bring an intimate feel to the industrial setting. The venue’s built-in bar and booths make it perfect for a wedding celebration.
The venues light and airy vibe stayed true to the moodier, city vibes but created the perfect space for the couple looking for a trendy, industrial yet Southern wedding. The versatile venue was utilized for a ceremony outside with an oversized wreath and market lights serving as the simple yet pretty backdrop. Mismatched stuffed chairs for the ceremony offered a vintage-chic, eclectic feel.
The reception décor was soft, simple and romantic. Gilded candlesticks with tall tapered candles were complemented by natural, mixed florals in shades of pink, blue and peach that brought an air of romance to the edgy setting. The florals paired perfectly with the brides ethereal, off-shoulder gown and the coordinating flowers in her soft updo tied the romantic look together. The cake was also the perfect mix of industrial and romantic with its naked style base frosting and the addition of icing “drips” down the sides. A natural linen tapestry with sweet words about true love paired with the exposed concrete and brick provided an airy backdrop for the cake table.
This shoot was everything for the trendy couple who is looking for something new and fun for their big day!
